2. Visiting the website
This website is operated on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. So that the pages can be delivered, our web servers process technically necessary data with every visit: IP address, time, requested address and browser details (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the provision and security of the website).
Accesses are not logged. Only in the event of technical errors can the web servers record details of the request, including the IP address, in their error logs; we evaluate these only to fix the error.
3. No cookies, no tracking, no third parties
The website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and loads no content from other providers. Even the fonts are on our own server.
4. Contact by email
If you write to us, we process your details to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries about our offer, otherwise (f)). We delete them when they are no longer needed for this and no statutory retention obligations stand in the way.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority – the one responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony (Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen).
6. Company Brain as a product
This statement concerns this website. If your company uses Company Brain, we process its personal data as a processor on the basis of a contract under Art. 28 GDPR; for that processing this contract applies and not this statement.
